My chair is a meditation on strength in vulnerability and uncertainty. I use forms derived from the playground as a symbol of innocence and innocence lost, using my rape as a symbol of strength. I invite the user to sit in the depression of the chair then be accepted into the form. Allow yourself to warm the cold leather and continuous tubular steel with your own energy.
